“It’s great to learn about mindfulness online and to take part in working with apps to relax and develop yourself. It is another level entirely to be guided on that journey by a real person. In Dr Rachel Chin’s case, she is someone who is able to effortlessly create a sense of comfort and belonging, and will take you, as she did me, on the journey of personal development through mindfulness with a perfect balance of knowledge, skills and kindness in her approach.”

“The Association of Teachers and Lecturers is committed to bringing its members the best professional development and Rachel has been one of our preferred learning partners for several years now.

Rachel not only has exceptional subject knowledge, she is also highly professional and personable and is extremely popular with our members. She always makes time once the training is completed to speak with members on a one to one basis, offering individual guidance and support.

We are all looking forward to working with Rachel again in the future.”

“We ran a ‘wellbeing day’ for teachers over half term and Rachel delivered a workshop on ‘Mindfulness’ which was just perfect. She provided practical ways for teachers to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday lives, all backed up with the theory behind these. A wonderful way for participants to unwind from the stressful work environment and skills to take away and put into practice straight away. I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking for ways to enhance overall wellbeing, in the workplace and everyday environment. Participants reported decreased stress levels and increased productivity in the weeks following this session. Thanks to Rachel for a fantastic morning.”
